Client Cancellations:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- No-Show Policy (Missed Appointment): If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to access the property (e.g., no one answers the door, incorrect address, etc.), it will be considered a no-show, and a $50 No-Show Fee will be charged.
- Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance at no additional cost.
Company Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling Notice: If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and offer a new time that works for you.
- Full Refund Option: If you have already paid for the service and do not agree to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we have to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a $50 credit toward your next service.
- Company No-Show Policy: If we fail to arrive for your appointment without prior notice, you will receive a full refund and an additional $50 credit toward your next service.
