At Murmulini CoolCare LLC, we strive to provide high-quality upholstery and carpet cleaning services. If a client is dissatisfied with the results, we offer a 100% refund for the portion of the work that does not meet expectations, under the following conditions.


Conditions for a Refund

  1. Dissatisfaction with the Service
    • The client must report their complaint within 3 days of service completion.
    • Before considering a refund, we will offer a free re-cleaning of the affected area.
    • A refund applies only to the portion of the work that did not meet the client’s expectations.
  2. Before & After Photo Documentation
    • Our technicians take before and after photos of all cleaned areas for quality control.
    • If the photos confirm that the stain was successfully removed or the cleaning was completed effectively, a refund will not be issued.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

  1. The work was completed successfully, as confirmed by photos
    • If the stain or dirt was successfully removed and documented, but the client remains dissatisfied, a refund will not be provided.
  2. The stain reappeared due to deep fabric penetration (wicking effect)
    • Some stains may resurface after drying due to deep fabric absorption. In such cases, additional treatment may be necessary, but a refund is not granted.
  3. The issue is due to fabric wear or damage, not dirt
    • Cleaning cannot repair fabric wear, fading, or mechanical damage, so a refund is not applicable.
  4. The complaint concerns an area that was not included in the original service order
    • If the area in question was not part of the original cleaning request, a refund will not be issued.

Refund Process

  • The client must submit a refund request within 3 days of service completion by contacting us at [Your email/phone].
  • A description of the issue and, if possible, photos must be provided.
  • We will review the request within 3 business days.
  • If the refund is approved, it will only apply to the portion of the work that was unsatisfactory.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
